3. Testing principle

Use a certain pressure and a certain volume of compressed air to inflate the product. If the product has an inflation hole, supply air directly to the product's inflation hole. After charging for a certain period of time, cut off the air supply, and use the pressure sensor inside the instrument to monitor the pressure changes after the product is inflated. If the product does not have an inflation hole, design a mold to wrap the product, and then quantitatively inflate the product surface through the mold, cut off the air source, and use the pressure sensor in the internal instrument to monitor the pressure changes after the product is inflated. First determine the test standards. For example, deep-water cameras require IP waterproof level testing and IP67 protection standards.This is an international standard test requirement. The test method is relatively mature and I will not introduce it in detail. Currently, most of the high-pressure air tightness tests are non-standard customization. The test requirements are determined by the customer. The test standards need to be based on the product's usage environment and sealing requirements. The product characteristics must pass experimental tests and the test data can be analyzed to obtain the test standards.The conventional testing method is to inflate the product, cut off the air pressure after it reaches a specified pressure, and then detect the air pressure inside the product. The detection data is collected and analyzed by a high-precision leak detection system to calculate the leakage amount and obtain the leakage value.Compare the leakage value with the standard value to determine whether it is qualified.
