1. Storage
1. If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be packed in a clean plastic film box after running for half an hour and placed in a dry environment at a temperature of -10°C to 50°C.
2. After leaving it for about 1 month, you need to turn on the instrument and run it for 5 minutes.
3. Clean the oil and gas in the oil-water separator before packaging the instrument.
2. Warranty precautions
1. Replace the air source filter regularly.
2. If the instrument fails during normal use, it will be covered by a free warranty within one year and will be provided with preferential services for life after one year.
3Note: The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
① Because the water content of the air source is too high (humidity is greater than 90%), water enters the air path system of the air-tight instrument;
② Connect the oil-containing air source to the air tightness detector loop.
③The instrument cannot be used due to user modification, disassembly or damage caused by human factors.
3. Usage environment
1.Ambient temperature: 0°~ 50℃
2.Ambient humidity≤95%
3.Power supply: AC220V(±15%)、50HZ
4. Air source: 0.4~0.8MPa (clean, dry)
Note: The best environment for the instrument to work
The air source pressure should be maintained between 0.4 and 0.8MPa to achieve the best measurement results for instrument operation.
In any case, the gas source pressure should be no less than 0.4MPa and at least 0.1MPa greater than the test pressure.
The measurement result of the leakage of a workpiece is often reflected by a small pressure drop (several Pa), so pressure changes caused by external factors should be avoided to the greatest extent.
The following factors will affect the measurement results:
Temperature changes:
If the temperature changes during the test, the gas pressure will change accordingly, so the measurement results will not be accurate.We should avoid temperature changes as much as possible, especially excessive temperature difference changes.
If the workpiece temperature is different from the surrounding air temperature (such as after being processed by a heating furnace, press, cleaning machine, etc.), the workpiece must be allowed to return to a temperature similar to the surrounding temperature before measurement.
Keep the workpiece clean to prevent slag or oil from entering the inside of the instrument through the instrument deflation process and causing damage.
Change in volume:
Changes in volume will cause changes in air pressure, thus affecting measurement accuracy.Gas leakage at workpiece clamping points should be avoided as much as possible.Generally speaking, the connection part should preferably be a metal/metal connection, and use environmental sealing gaskets (if necessary), and mechanical fixing should be done on both sides of the sealing port.
