Below, Hirays Technology introduces to the industry the principles and steps of testing real water on the back cover of smart watches:

1. Connect the factory compressed air to the inside of the air tightness tester;

2. Use the air tightness tester to adjust the compressed air pressure to the standard pressure required by the smart watch;

3. Before the test, the upper mold cylinder drives the upper mold to press on the product, and the sealant is pressed on the barometer hole to be tested. A closed cavity is formed between the sealant hole and the barometer.

4. Use the air tightness tester to inject air pressure above the water surface of the pressure water tank. This air pressure pushes the water in the water pipe to act on the surface of the waterproof and breathable membrane in the barometer hole, and turns off the inflation source. After stabilizing the pressure for a period of time, open the clamp and observe.“Paper changes color when exposed to water”Discoloration: if it does not change color, it means the product is qualified; if it changes color, it means the product is unqualified.(Note: Since the O-ring between the product and the mold is sealed, water leakage will occur if the waterproof and breathable membrane itself has quality problems or is not installed properly, and the discolored paper can identify it).
