Test method:
First determine the air tightness test standard. For example, waterproof lamps require IP waterproof grade test and IP67 protection standard.This is an international standard test requirement. The test method is relatively mature and I will not introduce it in detail. Currently, most of the high-pressure air tightness tests are non-standard customization. The test requirements are determined by the customer. The test standards need to be based on the product's usage environment, sealing, and air tightness requirements. The maximum leakage value allowed by the product must pass the experimental test, and the test standards can be obtained after analyzing the test data.The conventional testing method is to inflate the product, cut off the air pressure after it reaches a specified pressure, and then detect the air pressure inside the product. The detection data is collected and analyzed by a high-precision leak detection system to calculate the leakage amount and obtain the leakage value.Compare the leakage value with the standard value to determine whether it is qualified.
