Use nitrogen detection method: first fill the system with 10-20KG/CM3 pressure nitrogen, and then immerse the system in water. The bubbling place is the leakage point. 2. Use soap detection method: Fill the system with 10-20KG/CM3 pressure nitrogen, and then apply soapy water to all parts of the system. If there is bubbling, it is a leakage point. 3. How to use a halogen lamp to detect leaks: first light the leak detection lamp, and then hold the air tube on the halogen lamp. The mouth of the tube is close to the possible leakage point in the system. If the flame color changes to purple-blue, then it is the leakage point. 4. Use electronic leak detection method: use the probe to move towards all possible leakage parts. When the leak detection device issues an alarm, it indicates that there is a large amount of leakage here. 5. Fluorescent leak detection method: It uses the principle that fluorescent agents will emit yellow-green light under the irradiation of leak detection lamps.Add the fluorescent agent into the system in a certain proportion. After the system operates for 20 minutes, put on special glasses and illuminate the outside of the system with a leak detection lamp. The leak will show bright yellow fluorescence. 6. Gas differential pressure leak detection: Use the air pressure difference inside and outside the system to amplify the pressure difference through the sensor, and express the leak detection results in the form of numbers, sounds, or electronic signals.Generally, there are three types: vacuum negative pressure leak detection, helium and nitrogen positive pressure leak detection.
