How the Hirays Air Tightness Tester tests speakers mainly depends on the structure of the product being tested. Some speakers have air vents, such as JBL's and Beijing Hyundai's. As long as they are slightly larger, air vents are usually reserved. For this type of product testing, there is no need for additional air tightness testing tooling. To detect the gas leakage of the speaker, thereby achieving the speaker air tightness test, IPX6, IPX7 waterproof level.

Testing difficulties:

1. There is no inflatable hole, there is a passive radiator, there is a speaker membrane, and some products also have waterproof and breathable membranes, so the pressure resistance is limited. In other words, the instrument range selection and the instrument output pressure must be accurate. If you are not careful, you may crush the product. As a result, the product will be damaged, and the airtightness and leak detection will be lost.

2. The deformation of the product is large and irregular. When the detection pressure is fixed and the volume changes, the corresponding test results will also appear crossed and inaccurate.
