The water storage bag has a high degree of sealing and is made of high-precision materials. There is a water outlet pipe in the middle of the water storage bag. The water storage bag has a high degree of folding. During testing, it must not only meet its sealing and non-destructive requirements, but also ensure that the test results are accurate.

2. Demonstration of the air tightness test process of water storage bags

1. Since the overall sealing degree of the water storage bag is high and the only air outlet is the middle pipe, then just align the middle pipe opening of the water storage bag with the air outlet of the connected instrument and fix it before testing.

2. When the test starts, put the water storage bag into the tooling, fix it through the nozzle, and connect it to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas storage tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set.

3. After connecting, press the start button.The upper and lower molds behind the water storage bag tube are closed to fix the mouth of the water storage bag. The device connected to the conduit on the left side of the tooling will fill the inside of the water storage bag with impurity-free gas, so that the air tightness of the water storage bag can be judged by the saturation of the air inside the water storage bag;

4. If the water storage bag is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, you can determine whether the water storage bag is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested water storage bag does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation. The pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
