1.  In view of the special shape of the motor, Hirays specially customized a special tooling mold for it. The mold is divided into two parts. The left part is used to fix the motor. Several raised parts around the motor can make the motor stand up. The back of this part of the tooling has a groove specifically for placing the tail wire, so that the wire can be placed outside the mold;

2. The mold on the other side of the connection instrument is used to inflate the inside of the motor. Since there is a raised connection part above and at the front end of the motor, the outside of the motor itself is in a sealed state. During inspection, the upper and left mold ducts will automatically snap into the connection parts at the front end for inflation and fixation. After gas is filled into the inside of the motor through the ducts, the instrument can judge whether the leakage value of the motor is qualified based on the air pressure inside the motor.
