How to perform a waterproof test on a charging pile? First, you must understand the waterproof structure of the charging pile.
Use a charging pile with waterproof key parts. This type of core component is relatively small and does not have an inflation port. Therefore, you need to make a shape-proof and sealed tooling. Then the components are placed into the tooling, and the air tightness detector inflates or evacuates the tooling to achieve waterproof testing and sealing testing of the charging pile.
If the charging pile is fully waterproof, the charging pile will be relatively large in size. For this type of charging pile waterproof testing, direct inflation testing is generally used, or vacuum testing is used to test the charging pile IPX waterproof test level and sealing performance.This requires opening an inflation port for the charging pile in advance, thereby saving the cost of waterproof testing and sealing testing of the charging pile.
