When the workpiece to be tested leaks, the gas pressure in the workpiece gradually decreases as the gas leaks from the workpiece to be tested. The pressure sensor outputs the corresponding pressure change in real time, and then according to the preset parameters, the system automatically determines whether it is leaking, and the IP waterproof level, leakage amount, and sealing effect of the product can be obtained. The detection process is completely automated, eliminating the influence of human factors, improving production efficiency and accuracy, and will not cause secondary pollution.
