The principle of differential pressure air tightness testing instrument: There is a reference volume (also called standard volume) in the system, and the system under test is another volume. A controlled valve is used to connect the two volumes. When they are inflated at the same time, their pressures are consistent, and then the valve is closed.After the connecting valve is left aside for a while, it will not leak because the standard volume is fully closed, so its pressure is the inflation pressure. If the test piece leaks, the pressure will drop. If there is more leakage, the pressure will drop more until it completely leaks. A sensor is used to measure the pressure difference between the two ends.Because the pressure difference is generally small when there is a small leak, a micro-range sensor can be used for measurement (generally between 300-----5KPa). Because the total range is greatly reduced, the absolute resolution and accuracy will reach a high level (generally between +-1Pa----+-20Pa, 1Pa is approximately equal to one hundredth of a gram)
