Hiraysi has already done a lot in the field of air tightness detectors. For 11 years, our old customers have a very good understanding of the working principle and stability of our products. However, some new customers who have not been exposed to our products still do not fully understand some simple issues about the air tightness detector. I think we, as the industry leader in air tightness testing, have an obligation to popularize this knowledge for everyone. Today we will introduce to you the issues related to the air tightness detector.

The air tightness tester is also called a tightness tester or a waterproof tester.Although they have different names, they are all used to test the tightness of products. The principle of the instrument is to use the pressure decay method to detect the tightness of a product.so-calledThe pressure decay method means to pressurize a product and observe the pressure change of the gas. There are two situations here. One is that the product itself has an inflation hole. We will directly inflate and pressurize the product, then cut off the air source and observe the changes in gas pressure. If the pressure drops, it means that the product is leaking. If it does not drop, it is good. The second type is that the product does not have an inflation hole. We need to make a sealed cavity with the same size as the product shape and specifications, that is, a grinding tool, and try to fit the product as much as possible, because the detection results will be more accurate. Then pressurize the gas, and the gas willCharge toThen cut off the air source in the space between the product and the abrasive tool, and check whether the gas pressure has dropped. If so, it means there is a leak, and the gas has leaked into the product. If it does not drop, it is good.Compressed gas is mainly used to detect whether a product is leaking.Because this air tightness testing method is simple to operate, non-destructive testing of the tested products, and is currently the most advanced testing method, it has quickly been welcomed by customers.

Before there was air tightness testing, many manufacturers used the method of soaking in water to test whether a product is waterproof. The product needs to be placed in water and needs to wait for the product to dry before its air tightness can be tested again. The procedure is relatively cumbersome. At the same time, if many electronic products leak, water testing will suffer secondary damage. Because water molecules are relatively large, the detection error is relatively large. Leakage of some delicate products cannot be accurately detected, so this method is slowly being abandoned by customers.

After eleven years of preparation, Hiraysi's products have been updated and improved many times.A variety of air tightness detectors have been developed for different products and customer needs.Below we give a brief introduction to the three most commonly used ones.

Type 1: Positive pressure air tightness detector

Through our precision pressure regulating valve, a certain pressure of compressed air is charged into the inside of the test product, and at the same time, the changes in the gas in the product are monitored in real time on the Heris precision detector. By paying attention to the changes in the gas, we can determine whether the product is leaking or not.Our positive pressure air tightness tester has three different pressure testers: low pressure, standard and high pressure.

The second type: negative pressure air tightness detector

Negative pressure air tightness detector is also called vacuum air tightness detector. It means to extract the air from the product, and the inside of the product will be in a vacuum state. At the same time, the Haris precision detector will pay attention to whether the external gas will leak into the product in real time to determine whether the product is leaking or not.

The third type: flow tester

Use the method of instantaneous flow loss to conduct a sealing test on the product being tested. It is divided into mass flow detection and volume flow detection.(Generally used for pipeline blocking testing.)

The main principle is that the sensor directly detects the leakage rate of the product and displays it in real time, which can basically save the time accumulation in the original pressure drop method leakage test. The test speed is fast and the leakage unit can be directly displayed. It is suitable for products that require test efficiency.
