Differential pressure air tightness testing method: also called the comparison method, it requires a standard leak-free product (or a sealed tank whose internal volume of the workpiece is not much different from the volume of the tested product). Principle: Pour a certain pressure of gas into a sealed product to be tested, and at the same time, pass a gas of the same pressure into a standard product, wait for a period of time, and observe the inside of the standard tank. The difference between the pressure and the pressure in the workpiece is used to determine whether the product is leaking.The detection method of this air tightness detector has high detection accuracy, but is not very versatile and requires two tools. The testing cost is twice as high as that of the pressure drop type, and a standard part is required. If there is a problem with the standard part, the differential pressure air tightness test results will be different, and the standard part needs to be verified regularly.
