Recently, four colleagues including Li Gong, Senior Engineer, Ran Gong, and Pan Gong from the Organization and Delivery Department formed a project attack team. They worked hard day and night for five days and taught us a vivid lesson. 

When the order was received, there were only 5 days left before delivery.

A few days ago, a project at a large factory in Zhejiang suddenly started: the customer's timetable for the goods was tight and the delivery must be completed within 5 days, and the process standards could not be lowered at all. More importantly, the progress of this project will directly affect the connection of several subsequent large projects of the company.

If it were anyone else, they might have given up immediately, but the four members of the attack team did not hesitate at all and took over the task on the spot."Don't talk about conditions, win the project first, deliver it on time and with quality, and don't let the company suffer." They were determined, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work.

Working hard day and night, the "race" in the factory 

From the moment they received the mission, the rhythm of the four members of the team automatically switched to "double speed mode."During the day, the factory workshop is full of them, either carefully checking the dense parameters, or coordinating and communicating among various departments, testing adjustments and optimizing plans over and over again, checking lists and counting equipment parts over and over again, for fear of missing any detail.

They don’t have a fixed lunch break, and they often remember they haven’t eaten lunch until the restaurant is closed; they no longer think about what time to get off work, and start racing against time to advance core work at 6 or 7 in the morning. They are still working overtime to solve problems at 11 o’clock in the middle of the night, and sometimes they can’t even squeeze in a drink of water.

They walked with wind in their eyes and used every minute on the edge, for fear of slowing down the progress of the project. 

A decisive battle until the last moment 

The test really comes the day before the project is delivered, because the equipment delivered to the customer must not have any quality problems, otherwise all the efforts will be wasted.Therefore, in order to ensure that all links were flawless, the team decided to go through all the processes and key nodes again. They took the instrument instructions and operation flow charts, carefully checked and tested the entire process. Every link was improved without any negligence.

When all the indicators pointed to "passed", the four people looked at each other and smiled, with tired faces but unable to hide their excitement.At that moment, all the hard work turned into solidity and satisfaction.

Efficient delivery, responsible and promising

In the end, the project was successfully delivered on time, with high quality and quantity, which not only won high recognition from customers, but also helped the company to secure key nodes and ensure the smooth advancement of subsequent key projects.Their outstanding contributions have been recognized and rewarded by the company.
