When the upper and lower molds are closed, a closed testing space can be formed, which is conducive to achieving high-precision sealing testing.The mold is not only a container for MP3, but also a protective device during detection. The mold can isolate the outside influence on MP3 during detection and achieve non-destructive testing;

In addition, during testing, this equipment will fill a sealed mold with a certain pressure, dry, moisture-free, and impurity-free gas, then cut off the compressed air supply, and allow it to stand still for a period of time to stabilize the pressure. After a predetermined measurement time, small changes in air pressure in the testing environment can be monitored.The sensor transmits this information to the detection system, and finally through a series of calculations, the gas leakage value can be obtained, and the sealing condition of the MP3 can be detected based on the leakage value;
