2. The special structure of the speaker makes it difficult to detect its sealing. In the early design and production process, its shell will be specially treated. Moreover, the speaker has many closed sound holes, so it cannot be directly inspected during inspection;

2. According to the appearance of the speaker, Hirays Technology used a dual-station air tightness tester that integrates the tester and the tooling. The tooling has a mold specifically designed to hold the speaker. This mold is customized according to the area of the speaker. It snaps just right after being put in. During the test, the upper mold is stuck above the speaker and inflates the inside of the speaker. In this way, the air tightness of the speaker can be judged by the air pressure inside the speaker;

3. When the instrument is started, the instrument will inflate the inside of the speaker through the upper device, and the air pressure of the instrument will slowly rise. When the air pressure reaches the set value, the interior of the speaker will be in a constant state. At this time, the induction line will determine the flow value to detect whether the flow rate of the exhaust pipe meets the standard.
