The requirement for this air tightness test is to detect products with crushed air bubbles on stamped parts. If the product is damaged by stamping, the pressure in the mold will enter the inside of the stamped parts when inflated. Defective products can be detected based on changes in the air pressure inside the mold.
Based on multiple tests of the product, the final air tightness test parameters set for this stamping part are: test pressure 10kpa, leakage upper limit 0.05kpa, inflation time 5s, pressure stabilization time 5s, test time 5s.

After setting the test parameters, you can connect the air tightness detector and the test tooling together through the factory air source. In the initial stage of each test, first test a qualified product to check whether the test result shows OK; then test a defective product to check whether the test result is bad.After the test results are consistent with the actual situation of the product, the product can be tested in batches.
