1. Appearance of deepwater camera lens and display of detection difficulties

1. The shape of the deepwater camera lens is cylindrical. It is composed of two parts. The upper part is the lens and the lower part is the fixed twist. The joint gap is tight and the degree of precision is high;

2. This lens is used for operations in an underwater environment with a depth of 20 meters. This test will be conducted at an air pressure of 200kpa;

3. Due to its high precision and no obvious outlet, the waterproofness test can be carried out directly. This test will be carried out in an indirect way, which is more conducive to the accuracy of the test results.

2. Demonstration of the waterproofness testing process of deep water camera lenses

1. Before the inspection, Hirays Technology will customize a mold tooling according to the shape of the deep-water camera lens. The lens will be placed inside the mold groove and stuck just right. During the inspection, the upper and lower molds will be closed corresponding to the volume of the lens to form a sealed space, which is more conducive to the inspection;

2. Place the deep-water camera lens into the tooling mold and connect it to our instrument. There is a valve island, a gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is made, press the start button when testing the deep-water camera lens.

3. During the test, the instrument will inject 200kpa gas into the mold. When the inlet pressure of a product with qualified waterproofing reaches 200kpa, the leakage value will not exceed 0.19kpa.If the leakage value of the equipment's waterproofness test is greater than 0.19kpa, it means that the waterproofness of the equipment is unqualified.
