1. The appearance and detection difficulties of electronic scales

1. The shape of the electronic scale is a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners. There is an electronic display on the front of the electronic scale, and a protruding irregular cylindrical weighing plate on the top. The irregular shape is not conducive to direct waterproof testing of the instrument;

2. The appearance of the electronic scale is wrapped and sealed with waterproof materials. If the sealing is not strong enough, the waterproofness can be tested through internal gas supply;

2. Breakthrough in the difficulty of waterproofing testing of electronic scales

1. Corresponding to the characteristics of the electronic scale, Hairis Technology has customized a special mold for this electronic scale. The mold corresponds to the appearance characteristics of the electronic scale and has a special groove for placing the scale pan. The electronic scale is placed in the mold and stuck just right, which facilitates the mold to close up and down during inspection;

3. For the waterproof structure of the electronic scale, we cannot use direct detection methods to directly test its waterproofness. The use of a mold can not only close it up and down during testing, forming a closed state on all sides, but also avoid leaks when inflating the inner body during testing. The gas filled in the mold uses compressed air as the testing medium, and the mold is directly inflated. Without liquid testing, unnecessary damage to the electronic scale can be avoided.

2. Display and parameter list of electronic scale waterproofness tester

1. High-sensitivity pressure sensing and adjustment unit, combined with advanced differential pressure software algorithm, the minimum resolution can reach 0.1Pa. This algorithm has obtained a national patent;

8. Optional barcode scanning function and printer are available to facilitate product data management and quality traceability. The instrument history record can reach up to 200,000 items and can be exported to the computer in batches;
