2. Detection principle of cooling fan and controller:

It adopts the detection principle of air pressure decreasing method, uses air as the medium to detect products, and can detect small leaks in a short time.Hirays Technology makes a sealed mold based on the shape of the cooling fan controller.Conventional controllers are highly precise. After the mold is closed up and down, the air tightness of the product can be judged by changes in the air pressure inside the mold.

The steps for waterproof detection of the cooling fan controller are as follows:

1. Because the product to be tested does not have any inflation holes, Hirays Technology made a set of sealing molds based on the shape characteristics of the cooling fan controller;

2. Set parameters according to customer requirements, such as inflation time, inflation pressure, test time, test pressure and other parameters.

According to customer requirements, the tested waterproof level is IP67.The test pressure is 12KPA, the air intake time is 4s, the pressure stabilization time is 4s, the test time is 5s, and the upper limit of leakage is 0.05kpa.

4. Place the cooling fan controller in a sealed tooling, start the air tightness detector for testing, and find out the maximum leakage value allowed by the cooling fan controller (within the allowed range)

5. If there are no other problems, the air tightness test of the batch cooling fan controller can be carried out.
