3. Wire and cable sealing test display
Put the wires that need to be tested for sealing into a relatively sealed tooling, and then flush the gas into the tooling. The changes felt by the precision pressure sensor of the wire waterproofing detection equipment are transmitted to the waterproofing detection system. Finally, after a series of calculations, the gas leakage value can be obtained, and the sealing performance and IP waterproofing level of the wire can be detected based on the leakage value.This detection method is not limited by the type of wire and waterproof level requirements. It can be used with different wires by combining different molds and system parameter settings, which is very suitable for full-line sealing testing.

4. Introduction to basic functions
1. Using a large-size touch screen as the human-machine interface, you can easily monitor the test results and set various parameters during the waterproof test process.
2. It has an alarm function for qualified and unqualified products, which can eliminate the possibility of manual misjudgment and misdetection.
3. With 4-channel switch input and 8-channel relay output, it can be controlled by external sensors and switch buttons, and can control external relays, solenoid valves and other actuators, conveniently realizing full automation of testing.
4. The waterproof tester has 200 user subroutines. By setting the subroutine parameters on the touch screen, the user can connect different subroutines in series to form a test process. Through the I/O interface of the leakage meter, the leakage meter can accept control signals from external sensors and control external actuators (relays, solenoid valves, etc.).Thereby automating the testing process.
5. It has a test data recording function, and the test data can be downloaded to a USB flash drive and displayed on the computer.
