Recently, Hairis Technology successfully completed the production and delivery of the audio air tightness detector project with Logitech.This time, Logitech ordered multiple audio air tightness testers from Hairis Technology. The equipment delivery process and project report are as follows.

In the early stage, the Hairis Technology special team had an in-depth understanding of Logitech's audio air tightness testing needs and developed a Logitech Bluetooth audio air tightness tester solution.The customer requires that the audio air tightness detector must meet the IPX7 waterproof level test.;The test pressure is10Kpa;采用间接检测以保护音响外观。

Considering the above factors, Hairis Technology customized a mold tooling according to the shape of the speaker, put the speaker into the tooling mold, and connected it to our instrument. Before starting, select the IPX7 waterproof level test data, press the start button, and let the instrument fill a certain amount of gas into the mold. The gas forms a certain pressure around the product.The product is detected by judging changes in peripheral pressure of the product.

If the sound sealing is not up to standard and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, while the pressure value will decrease.At this time, you can determine whether the speaker is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the seal is not up to standard.If the tested speaker does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure and leakage values ​​displayed on the instrument will also be stable, and the instrument test results will showOKwords, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
