The locations where we need to perform air tightness testing are the rubber tube of the oxygen bag and the rubber tube inside the oxygen bag.The rubber tube of this oxygen bag has an inflation hole at the end. This product can be tested by direct inflation. You can directly connect the inflation hole of the test object to the inflation hole of the instrument.Our air tightness detector has eight test units. Usually we use the international standard unit KPA to set up the test program. This customer asked us to use the unit of millimeters of mercury for testing.The customer's test requirement is to use 300mmhg (equivalent to 39kpa), and the leakage volume should not exceed 6mmhg (equivalent to 0.8kpa). A qualified oxygen bag needs to meet two standards at the same time: the pressure can reach 300mmhg; the leakage value should not exceed 6mmhg.
