What was tested this time was an ordinary water purifier motor. It is an irregularly shaped polygon, with a convex hollow connector on the head, a cylindrical bulge on the top of the motor, and wires connecting other components at the tail.Such a shape is unfavorable for waterproof testing of tooling, and it is easy to cause deviations in testing results due to air leakage.

2. A breakthrough in the difficulty of waterproof detection of automatic water purifiers;
1. According to the special shape of the motor, Hirays specially customized a special tooling mold for it. The mold is divided into two parts. The left part is used to fix the motor. Several raised parts around the motor can make the motor stand up. The back of this part of the tooling has a groove specifically for placing the tail wire, so that the wire can be placed outside the mold;

2. The mold on the other side of the connected instrument is used to inflate the inside of the motor. Since there is a raised connection part above and at the front end of the motor, the outside of the motor itself is in a sealed state. During inspection, the upper and left mold ducts will automatically snap into the connection part at the front end for inflation and fixation, and then fill the inside of the motor with gas through the ducts;

3. During testing, the instrument will inflate the mold.If the wire connector is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the wire connector is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested wire connector does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation. The pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
