1. Protect internal parts: The electric shaver will come into contact with moisture during use. The inner core serves as a driving component. If the inner core is not waterproof and the internal parts of the inner core are corroded by moisture, its service life will inevitably be short.In addition, small stubble will also penetrate into the inner core and affect its normal operation.

Cleaning requirements: It will be dirty if it cannot be washed with water, although you can use a brush to sweep away the stubble on the surface.However, because waterproofing is not considered during design and production, the mold making and splicing requirements are not very strict, and stubble can easily enter the inside of the machine during use.Stubble, dandruff and oil can easily breed bacteria and mites, which may cause skin infection or folliculitis and affect the user's health.

2. Electric shaver inner core sealing technology and detection methods

The blade core is entirely composed of plastic and metal. It adopts structural sealing and uses the shell structure to achieve the sealing effect. However, the effect of this sealing method is uncontrollable.If the inner core shell structure cannot reach a sealed state, it will not be waterproof. On the other hand, the internal parts cannot be disassembled, and only indirect, non-destructive testing can be performed.

Hiraysi Technology divides the tester into three parts: tester, air source, and tooling.Because the tester, air source, and tooling are independent entities, molds and corresponding tooling can be equipped according to the different shapes or details of the electric shaver's inner core to meet the needs for testing different products.During the test, Hirays Technology will customize a specific tooling for the electric shaver's inner core to assist in indirect waterproof testing without damaging the equipment. 2. When testing, put the inner core to be tested into the mold. After the upper and lower molds are closed, a sealed testing space will be formed. The mold can also protect the battery shell from damage during testing, solving the problem of sealing structure testing in one fell swoop and realizing non-destructive testing.Below are the detection details.

3. After the tester is started, the upper and lower molds will be closed, and then the air source will inflate the inner core mold. The precision pressure sensor of the inner core waterproofness detection equipment will sense the air pressure change in the mold, and will transmit the value of the air pressure change to the detection system and display it. Finally, after a series of calculations, the gas leakage value can be obtained. Based on the leakage value, the inner core sealing performance and IP waterproof level are detected.
