After making a profiling mold according to the product, it is necessary to set the corresponding test parameters for the product.The test parameters of the product need to be set according to the customer's waterproof level requirements.The customer requires the waterproof level of the product to be IP67. The so-called IP67 means that the product will not be damaged by water when placed under pressure of no more than one meter of water depth.The pressure of one meter of water depth is equivalent to the air pressure of 10.5KPA.Therefore, for products tested with IP67 waterproof level, the generally used test pressure is 10.5KPA.

According to the customer's air tightness testing requirements, as long as the product leakage value does not exceed 0.05kpa, the product will meet the requirements.As long as the test pressure of such a product can reach 10.5kpa and the leakage value does not exceed 0.05kpa, the instrument will automatically determine that the product is a good product.
