The air tightness testing equipment will detect the changes in the compressed air inside the mold in real time to determine whether there is a leak in the product.According to customer requirements, the product needs to reach IP67 waterproof level. According to the pressure characteristics of IP67, we set a test pressure of 10.5kpa for customers. The air intake time, pressure stabilization time, and test time are all 5s.5s.5s respectively. The complete time to test a product is 15s.

After the test parameter setting is completed, you can connect the air tightness detector to the test tooling, connect the air source and power supply, and start the tightness test.The instrument will automatically determine whether the product is OK or NG based on the set parameters.A complete air tightness testing equipment includes: air tightness detector, testing tooling and corresponding air source power supply.The range of air supply source is 0.4mpa-1.2mpa.
