Implementation of the plan

We conduct two key sealing tests on finished wire harnesses:

2. Air tightness of the wiring harness body

Detection Difficulties

1. It is difficult to seal both ends of the wire harness: The two ends of the finished wire harness are connected to plugs or terminals of different specifications, which need to be effectively sealed during testing to avoid damage.

2. Irregular shape of the wire harness: The wire harness has many branches and complex directions, making it difficult to form a stable and uniform sealing cavity, which puts forward higher requirements for fixture design and sealing solutions.

1. Detection method: Using the finished product overall detection method, sealing rings and sealants are used at both ends of the wire harness to achieve reliable sealing.

2. Core configuration: Through customized fixtures and test platforms, the wire harness rubber sleeve and body are uniformly pressure tested to accurately determine whether their air-tightness performance meets the standard.
