During the inspection, the upper and lower molds are closed as a whole, and the right detection instrument blocks the docking port, which is more conducive to the inspection;

2. The shape of automobile die-casting parts is special. The polygonal shape and its overall high permeability make the mold customized for it mostly cast according to its overall shape. After turning the bottom docking port to the right and putting it into the mold, the whole die-casting part is tightly stuck with the inner wall of the mold. During inspection, the upper and lower molds are closed, and the right tool is stuck on the docking port. The degree of sealing is high, which is conducive to the accuracy of the inspection;

3. Before starting the test, set the parameters on the instrument. After pressing the start button, the instrument will fill the mold with dry and impurity-free gas, then cut off the compressed air supply, wait for a period of time to stabilize the pressure, and monitor the slight changes in air pressure in the test environment after a set measurement time.The sensor transmits this information to the detection system, and finally through a series of calculations, the leakage value of the gas can be obtained, and its air tightness value can be detected based on the leakage value;

4. If the product to be tested is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether auto parts and die castings are leaking, and the instrument test results will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested auto parts and die castings do not leak, the gas in the mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the sealing test has passed.
