1. In view of the special shape of the central control screen, Hairuis specially customized a special mold. The entire mold is cast according to the overall shape of the central control screen. The control box snaps just right after being put in. The rear-end wires are placed on the grooves at the front and rear of the mold, so that a closed space can be formed by closing the upper and lower molds during inspection;

2. Put the central control screen into the tooling mold and connect it to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection, press the start button when testing the central control screen.At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and clean gas without impurities is filled into the mold. The instrument display screen will judge the sealing degree based on the gas saturation inside the mold.

3. If the central control panel is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the central control panel is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested central control panel does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the central control panel has passed the sealing test.
