Outdoor camera detection principle:
It adopts the detection principle of air pressure decreasing method, uses air as the medium to detect products, and can detect small leaks in a short time.Hirays Technology makes a sealed mold based on the shape of the camera.(If the one with a wire harness needs to be processed separately) Conventional cameras are highly precise. After the mold is closed up and down, the air tightness of the product can be judged by changes in the air pressure inside the mold.

Camera waterproof test steps:
1. First connect the air source inlet to 4Mpa compressed air.
2. Connect the AC220 power supply to the power inlet and turn on the power switch.
3. Rotate the pressure regulating valve to adjust the test pressure to the required pressure position (pressure gauge unit: kpa)

5. Adjust the test pressure to allow the instrument to be fully inflated. 7. After completing the above steps, startAir tightness detectorThen you can perform a waterproof test. The instrument will determine the waterproof performance of the camera based on the leakage value, whether it reaches the IP67 waterproof test level, and there will be corresponding prompts.
