Solution: Use the direct test method to test, and design a mold according to the structure of the signal receiver to block the test site.Put the product into the mold and press the start button, then the upper mold presses down, and both sides of the lower mold push sideways to seal the test area.The instrument inflates, stabilizes, and tests the signal receiver (test pressure 31KPA, test time 8S, voltage stabilization time 8S, test time 5S), and detects leakage of the signal receiver by monitoring changes in air pressure. The system automatically determines OK or NG based on the set parameters.
