In order to avoid the phenomenon that the air in the infusion tube is not drained out, or the tube connection is not tight, allowing air to enter the vein, which will cause abnormal discomfort in the lungs and chest of the infusion patient, therefore, before the infusion tube is produced and shipped from the factory, the manufacturer must perform a one-time air tightness test of the infusion tube.

Solution: According to the structure of the infusion tube and customer needs, select a Luer connector and adhesive glue to connect the infusion tube and the air tube of the instrument.

Use the flow test method to connect the infusion tube to the instrument. After pressing the start button, the instrument enters the test program. The test pressure is 30Kpa, the inflation time is 5s, and the test time is 4s.

If the leakage value exceeds 5L/min during the testing process, it means that the product to be tested is unqualified and is a defective product; if it does not exceed, it is a qualified product.
