Middle frame incoming material air tightness test: mainly detects the sealing condition between the buttons and the middle frame, and customizes the jig to seal the TP (screen) dispensing surface/rear shell dispensing surface. 2. Front shell module air tightness test: used to test whether the seal between the TP and the middle frame is qualified, and a custom jig is used to seal the dispensing surface of the rear shell. 3. Air-tightness test of the rear shell incoming material: Check the standard sealing degree between the TP and the middle frame, and seal the glue dispensing surface of the rear shell with the help of a customized jig. 4. Air-tightness test of the rear shell heart rate mirror: Check whether the seal between the heart rate mirror and the rear shell is qualified, and use a customized jig to seal the speaker hole, MIC hole, barometer hole, balance hole, and rear shell dispensing surface. 5. Air tightness test of back shell components: Test the air tightness of back shell components such as barometer, speaker, charging pile, heart rate mirror, etc., and seal the MIC hole, balance hole, and back shell dispensing surface with a customized jig. Links 1-5 all adopt the test method of semi-finished products combined with high and low pressure. The testing instrument is HC-D high-precision differential pressure instrument. The low-pressure test pressure is 30KPa, and the leakage value shall not exceed ±30Pa; the high-pressure test pressure is 500KPa, and the leakage value shall not exceed ±100Pa (60pa in the mold factory). 6. Real water test of the balance hole and MIC hole of the rear shell: The waterproofness of the waterproof and breathable membrane of the balance hole and MIC hole is tested. The test pressure is generally 500kPa, and a customized jig is required to seal the surroundings of the balance hole. This test session adopts the true water test method and uses the HW true water detector for detection. If the air intake is 50KPa and the leakage value is 30Pa, it is a qualified product. 7. Air tightness test of the whole machine: A comprehensive test of the whole machine is required, and a customized jig is required to seal the balance hole and MIC hole.


The whole machine test adopts the finished product combined with high and low voltage testing method, and the testing instrument is HC-D high-precision differential pressure type.Carry out a large leakage test before the low pressure test, and conduct an air tightness test after the pressure does not exceed ±100Pa.The test pressure of the air-tight test is 30KPa, and the leakage value during the period does not exceed ±30Pa; a large leakage test is performed before the high-pressure test, and the air-tightness test cannot exceed ±1500Pa. The test pressure of the air-tight test is 500KPa, and the leakage value during the period does not exceed ±100Pa. 8. Defective product detection: When it is necessary to find leaking points in defective products (complete machines/components) that appear during the inspection process, it is recommended to use Debug fixtures to find them.
