The ECU is the brain of the car. Its function is to calculate the driving conditions of the vehicle through various sensors, thereby controlling many parameters such as the engine's ignition, air-fuel ratio, idle speed, exhaust gas recirculation, etc. Its waterproofness is very important to consumers and manufacturers.

1. The shape of this car ECU is an irregular rectangular parallelepiped, with two convex modules on both sides, and two irregular convex connection ports on the long side;

It is composed of a microprocessor, memory, input and output interfaces, analog-to-digital converters, shaping, driving and other integrated circuits, and is wrapped in a waterproof shell material. This is not good for waterproof detection, and accurate waterproof detection cannot be performed by calculating gas leakage;

At this time, after the tooling connected to the mold is started, a certain volume of gas is injected into the mold through the air source. When the detected air pressure is reached, the air supply is automatically cut off and the air tightness detection system enters the pressure stabilization stage. The Hirays Technology air tightness detection system will monitor the air pressure in the mold and determine the tightness based on the amount of leakage.
