During the assembly inspection stage, we conduct overall sealing verification on the assembled lights.For lights with an inflation port, the system is connected to the light interface through a special sealing device.And seal the remaining holes with high-sealing plugs.After inflation, voltage stabilization and testing, the results are automatically determined to ensure that the product meets IP6K7K and other protection level requirements.For fully sealed headlights,Using the "sealing test mode", the lamp is placed into a sealed cavity and tested in two stages. The cavity is first inflated, and the pressure changes are detected to determine whether there is an obvious large leak. If there is no large leak, the leakage rate is obtained through a series of precision tests such as inflation and pressure stabilization to determine whether the product is qualified.
