1. Air tightness detector: Hairis HN pilot series instrument. Hairis pilot series is an instrument specially designed by Hairis for the automation field.It has very high flexibility and scalability.With modular design, the control system and execution part are independent.It can realize a system to control multiple execution modules to form a multi-channel test.
2. Dual-station camera air tightness testing equipment: an integrated equipment composed of HN embedded air tightness detector and tooling.
3. Test pressure range selection: The customer wants to use positive pressure for testing. The test pressure range selected for the customer is the standard range of 0-150kpa.
4. Test pressure: Because the waterproof level the customer wants to test is IP67, a test pressure of 12kpa is set for the customer.
5. Test time: The internal space of the product we want to test is relatively large, the air intake time is 7s, the voltage stabilization time is 5s, the test time is 7s, the complete time to test two products is 19s, and the average time to test one product is 10s.
