1. Design molds and tooling
Considering the appearance of the product, Hirays Technology needs to design corresponding molds and tooling for it before testing.The mold is divided into an upper mold and a lower mold, which can be placed into the back cover of the smart bracelet. After the upper and lower molds are closed, they can provide a sealed environment for testing the waterproof level.

2. Waterproof testing process
Before the test, Hirays Technology will put the back cover of the smart bracelet into the mold and connect it to our instruments through the tooling.The instrument consists of a tester, air source, and tooling. The waterproof tester has a valve island, a gas tank and other components inside, as well as the program we have set. At this time, press the start button, and the tester will descend on its own and close the mold.
During testing, the instrument inflates the mold.If the back cover of the smart bracelet is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the gas will leak to the other end. At this time, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined that the back shell of the smart bracelet is leaking, and the instrument test results will also show NG.If the back cover of the tested smart bracelet does not leak, the gas will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable. The test result of the instrument will display OK, indicating that the back shell of the smart bracelet has passed the air tightness test.
3. Introduction to other functions of smart bracelet waterproof tester

5. The waterproof tester has 200 user subroutines. By setting the parameters of the subroutine on the touch screen, the user can connect different subroutines in series to form a test process. Through the I/O interface of the leakage meter, the leakage meter can accept control signals from external sensors and control external actuators (relays, solenoid valves, etc.).Thereby automating the testing process.
6. It has a test data recording function, and the test data can be downloaded to a USB flash drive and displayed on the computer.
