1. Since the overall shape of the cylinder is rather special, there is an air outlet connected to the outside of the cylinder, and the entire cylinder is hollow in shape. Hirays Technology customized a mold for the cylinder to be covered. The external air outlet is aligned with the guide port connected to the instrument duct and fixed;

3. When the test begins, connect the cylinder to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set.Once connected, press the start button.The upper mold fixes the cylinder, and the glass plate on the tooling closes with the mold, forming a sealed space for the cylinder. The device connected to the conduit on the left side of the tooling will fill the inside of the cylinder with impurity-free gas, so that the sealing condition of the cylinder can be judged by the saturation of the air inside the cylinder;

If the cylinder is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the cylinder is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the sealing test failed.If the tested cylinder does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the waterproofness test has passed.
