1. Analysis of Difficulties in Sealing Testing of High-Speed ​​Cards

The appearance of the high-speed card is relatively simple, with a square appearance and a waterproof shell. It is highly precise and has no obvious docking gaps. For this inspection, we need to overcome the inspection difficulties caused by its appearance. We need to use molds to assist, and we also need to consider the non-destructive nature of the inspection.

2. Demonstration of the sealing test process of high-speed cards

1. In the past, we have developed different testing solutions for products in different industries. Whether it is direct testing or indirect testing, they have exerted their own advantages on different products. However, the testing of high-speed cards requires the use of molds for indirect testing;

The shape of the high-speed card has a high degree of precision, and there is no obvious interface for direct testing; the indirect detection method is to use a mold to fix it, and Hirays' testing tooling is connected to the instrument. In order to achieve the flexibility of testing, a customizable method is adopted. The mold is fixed in the tooling, and the upper and lower molds are closed to form a closed space. Clean gas is filled into the mold at the beginning of the test. After reaching a certain air pressure value, the instrument can judge the sealing degree of the high-speed card based on the leakage of gas inside the mold.
