Solution: Use the differential pressure test method, the total test duration is 52.5S, the test pressure is 18KPA, the upper limit of the leakage value is 0.02KAP, and the test mold and tooling are designed according to the structure of the watch bottom case.Put the watch bottom case into the mold, press the start button, and then the platform moves the mold forward to a fixed position. The upper mold of the instrument is pressed down and the lower mold is closed to perform a sealing test on the entire watch bottom case. The watch bottom case is tested through processes such as inflation, pressure stabilization, and testing. The instrument will automatically determine whether the test result is qualified or unqualified, and then the platform moves back to the fixed position.
