Our company will customize a tooling mold based on the product provided by the customer, and then use 300KP air pressure to test. First, put the product into the fixture to fix it, and then press to start the switch test.
The detection principle is to fill the water tank with air pressure, use the pressure of the air pressure on the water, and then align it with the waterproof and breathable membrane through the blue pipe shown in the picture to complete the detection process; after the test is completed, take out the product to see if there are any small water droplets on the surface of the waterproof breathable membrane. If there are small water droplets, it is NG. If there are no small water droplets, then the waterproof and breathable membrane is OK.
