Implementation of the plan

We provide precise testing for the three core sealing requirements of solid-state batteries:


Interface layer seal integrity

Accurately detect the interface bonding quality between the electrode and the solid electrolyte layer, and evaluate its adaptability to volume changes during charge and discharge.


Shell airtight protection performance

Evaluate the barrier ability of the battery shell to water vapor and oxygen to ensure that the solid electrolyte is not affected by environmental humidity, and the protection level reaches the IP67 standard.


Packaging process reliability

For the unique high-temperature and high-pressure packaging process of solid-state batteries, the sealing durability of the packaging interface under extreme working conditions is tested.
