1. Shell inspection

For air tightness testing in the shell manufacturing process, models can be flexibly selected from low to high according to accuracy requirements:

HC Classic Series: Meets routine air tightness testing needs.

HQ-200 Hydrogen Nitrogen Leak Detector: Provides higher accuracy and can be used with a sniffer gun to find leaks.

HM-400/410 helium mass spectrometer leak detector: suitable for scenarios with extremely strict leak rate requirements.

 

2. Half-package status detection

In the "half-package" state where the battery cells are assembled and have not yet been capped, the HM-200/210 online mass spectrometer is used for online detection.This method does not require tracer gas, and can directly analyze the gas composition in the cavity, accurately identify whether there is early micro-leakage in the battery core, and effectively prevent defective products from flowing into the next process.

 

3. Complete package inspection of finished products

For the entire package that has completed final assembly and is ready to roll off the production line, the HM-310 online gas leak detector is selected for final air tightness control.The equipment supports dual modes of negative pressure rapid detection and normal pressure cycle detection, directly detecting electrolyte, with fast beat and low misjudgment rate.

 

4. Package airtight inspection

For encapsulated battery packs, when it is necessary to verify the overall air tightness of sealing surfaces such as boxes and covers, you can chooseHM-400Helium mass spectrometer leak detector orHQ-200Hydrogen nitrogen leak detector, quickly determine whether there is leakage in the package body, providing reliable guarantee for factory quality.

 

5. Leak location

When a leak is detected and the leak point needs to be accurately located, the following solutions can be used:

HM-400 Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector or HQ-200 Hydrogen Nitrogen Leak Detector is used with a sniffer gun to scan sealing areas such as flange surfaces, welds, and connectors.

The instrument can display the location and amount of leakage in real time, guide repairs, and significantly improve problem handling efficiency.
