2. The entire charging gun control box is composed of two parts. The upper end is a bracket for inserting the charging gun, and the lower end is a quadrilateral base that allows the socket to stand. This shape is not conducive to direct waterproof testing, and this product also has non-destructive and accurate requirements for the testing process, and has higher requirements for waterproof detectors.

1. In view of the overall shape of the charging gun socket and the difficulty in testing, Hirays Technology has prepared a special waterproof testing instrument. This instrument is an HN series waterproof testing instrument and a tooling. The tooling can be used for two molds to conduct sequential fluidity testing. This saves time during testing and reduces the necessity of manual operation;

2. The waterproof testing mold specifically for the charging gun socket is designed according to the overall size of the socket. The wires behind the charging gun socket are not sealed. In order to ensure the sealing of the test, there are several grooves specially placed on the mold to place the wires. Before testing, put the charging gun socket into the mold. The wires can also be well fixed on the grooves. After the mold is closed up and down, a closed space can be formed, which is more convenient for testing;

3. Connect to the waterproof testing instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is made, press the start button when testing the wire.At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and clean gas without impurities is filled into the mold. The display of the waterproof testing instrument will judge the waterproofness of the charging gun socket based on the saturation of the gas inside the mold.
