1. The charging gun and charging wire used for the air tightness test this time are connected as a whole. The front charging part has an irregular shape. 2. In order to ensure the sealing of the charging gun, the manufacturer used special waterproof materials to wrap it without obvious docking gaps. 1. In view of the special shape of the charging gun, Hairis specially customized a mold for the car charging gun. The entire mold is cast according to the overall shape of the charging gun. After the charging gun is put in, it snaps just right. The rear-end connecting wires are placed in the groove at the rear end of the mold, so that a closed space can be formed by closing the upper and lower molds during inspection;

3. Put the charging gun into the tooling mold and connect it to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is made, press the start button when testing the wire.At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and clean gas without impurities is filled into the mold. The instrument display screen will judge the sealing degree of the charging gun based on the gas saturation inside the mold.

4. If the car charging gun is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the car charging gun is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested car charging gun does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation. The pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the air tightness test has been passed.
