Inspection preparation and workpiece processing:
According to the structure and testing requirements of engine components (such as cylinder block and cylinder head), special tooling fixtures and sealing plugs are designed and customized to achieve rapid and precise positioning and sealing.
At the appropriate interface of the engine assembly or component, connect the HiRes detection system and fill its sealed inner cavity with a safe tracer gas (such as helium or hydrogen-nitrogen mixture) of a specific pressure.
High-precision detection process:
The workpiece filled with tracer gas is sent into a closed detection chamber or scanned by a detection probe.
As the core of the system, Hairisi's high-sensitivity leak detector continuously monitors and analyzes trace trace gases escaping from potential leak points in the workpiece.
The system can accurately calculate the leakage rate of the workpiece within a few seconds to tens of seconds, with a resolution up to 10⁻¹¹ mb·L/s, far exceeding the accuracy of the traditional pressure decay method.
Data analysis and intelligent decision-making:
The test results (OK/NG) and specific leakage rate data are displayed on the HMI human-machine interface in real time.
All data are automatically uploaded to the MES/QMS system to generate detailed quality reports and statistical process control (SPC) charts to achieve complete quality traceability and process optimization guidance.
