As an important component of the photovoltaic system, the photovoltaic inverter is installed outdoors. Whether it can withstand harsh weather and humid environments has become a decisive factor in testing its quality and stability.Therefore, air tightness testing of photovoltaic inverters is a must-measure point in production. However, due to the large size of photovoltaic inverters, air tightness testing has become a difficult problem for manufacturers.Hirays Technology developed a photovoltaic inverter air tightness detector in response to the manufacturer's testing needs and put it into production testing.

This photovoltaic inverter air tightness tester from Hirays is divided into three parts: tester, air source, and tooling.In the early stage, because the tooling required for photovoltaic inverters was too large, Hirays Technology sent professional technicians to the customer's factory to conduct on-site measurements and collect relevant data on the equipment and production lines.Afterwards, Hiraysi Technology integrated various data and designed the overall structure diagram of the photovoltaic inverter air tightness detector and fed it back to the customer. The responsible and considerate service was well received by the customer.

This air tightness tester meets the testing needs of customers. We use compressed air as the testing medium and the pressure drop test method to conduct sealing testing.It can support leakage test methods such as leakage test, obstruction test, positive pressure test, and negative pressure test. The leakage test range is -80kpa~1000kpa. Within this range, users can choose according to their own needs.It is also equipped with a product detection and alarm function, which can eliminate the possibility of manual misjudgment and misdetection.

Secondly, a large-size touch screen is used as the human-machine interface, which can easily monitor the test results and set various parameters during the leak test process.There are 200 user subroutines. By setting the parameters of the subroutine on the touch screen, different subroutines can be connected in series to form a test process. Through the I/O interface of the leak meter, the leak meter can accept control signals from external sensors and control external actuators (relays, solenoid valves, etc.) to automate the air tightness test process of photovoltaic inverters.Hirays Technology has also added a test data recording function to the detector, which can download the test data to a USB flash drive and display it on the computer.It also has a barcode scanning function, which can track and record defective products and repair status, improving product quality traceability.

At present, the photovoltaic inverter air tightness detector has been put into use in the production line, solving the problem of photovoltaic inverter air tightness detection for customers.
