Testing equipment: Hairis HC classic series dual-channel air tightness detector and its supporting molds and tooling.
Testing method: Use direct testing method to customize the mold and tooling according to the structure of the controller.
Put the product to be tested into the mold, select the set program, and press the start button.

The air intake pressure is 10.5Kpa, the air intake time is 5s, the pressure stabilization is 10s, the test time is 5s, and the deflation time is 2s.
If the leakage value does not exceed 50pa, it means that the controller has passed and the test result will also show OK.
