2. Waterproof test of Hirays Technology tooth cleaner

We make a suitable mold and tooling for the dental scaler that needs to be tested for waterproofness. We put the dental scaler into the mold to form a sealed testing space, and then the tooling will inflate the mold. The changes sensed by the precision pressure sensor of the dental scaler waterproof detection equipment are transmitted to the waterproof detection system. Finally, through a series of calculations, the gas leakage value can be obtained, and then the sealing performance and IP waterproof level of the dental scaler are detected based on the leakage value.

4. The waterproof tester has 200 user subroutines. By setting the subroutine parameters on the touch screen, the user can connect different subroutines in series to form a test process.
